We are a social group for people aged 18 - 40 with physical, sensory or mild learning disabilities.

The group usually meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month at different loctions around Nottinghamshire.

We have great volunteers to help you although we will not lift or help members use the lavatory. 

Our volunteers will help to cut up food and feed members if necessary.
